John Edwards admits to fathering Rielle Hunter’s child

Note his wife Elizabeth on the far left, and videographer/mistress Rielle Hunter in the righthand corner.
Although he fessed up to his affair with videographer Rielle Hunter, only now has John Edwards also admitted that he is the father of her two-year-old daughter Frances Quinn. He wouldn’t be interviewed due to further investigations into whether he used campaign money to cover up the affair, but he did release this written statement:
“I am Quinn’s father. I will do everything in my power to provide her with the love and support she deserves. I have been able to spend time with her during the past year and trust that future efforts to show her the love and affection she deserves can be done privately and in peace.
It was wrong for me ever to deny she was my daughter and hopefully one day, when she understands, she will forgive me. I have been providing financial support for Quinn and have reached an agreement with her mother to continue providing support in the future.
To all those I have disappointed and hurt these words will never be enough, but I am truly sorry.”
Edwards’ reps say that while he has acknowledged privately that he is Quinn’s father — his wife Elizabeth reportedly found out last summer — he prolonged the public announcement due to all of the people involved, including his wife (they are currently separated, and she is struggling with terminal cancer), children, and his mistress’ family. While he has bought a house for Hunter two hours away from his Chapel Hill residence, it’s unclear if he is continuing any sort of romantic relationship with her. That said, he wants to support Quinn as she grows up.
I will never understand why political figures make such devastating personal decisions, fully understanding how solidly they’re entrenched in the public eye, and how idealized they become in their campaigning …even more ironic that she was the one documenting the whole thing. Do you think it was a good choice to fess up about his love child? Or will it cause the Hunters more harm than help?

cuisinart food processor dlc says – reply to this
With its 7-cup work bowl, 600 watts of power, and slicing and shredding discs, this food processor is ideal for most households. It kneads 1-1/2 pounds of bread or pastry dough, chops 1 pound of meat, emulsifies a perfect mayonnaise or salad dressing, and chops, slices, or shreds vegetables, nuts, cheese, and bread crumbs. The plastic work bowl is shatterproof and resists both heat and cold. A single fingertip control turns the processor on and off and pulses for precise work. All parts go safely into the dishwasher. With work bowl in place, the processor measures 7 by 12-1/2 by 9-1/2 inches. It carries a five-year warranty against motor defects and a three-year warranty against other defects.
