CIA Deadly Mistake

This 9 year old video of the CIA killing an American mother and her infant daughter in Peru was posted by ABC yesterday. The CIA thought that the plane contained drug runners when in fact the passengers were U.S. missionaries. Only now is the CIA openly accepting responsibility for the mistake although in the video it is clear that the pilots are unsure whether or not their target is actually a threat.
